The teachers are the role model of the class, and teachers are the most visual aids of each of their classes. According to the seminar of the effective teacher(First day of school) by Dr. Harry Wong that the most important for me as a educator in the future are my classroom management and learning process for the students. Why I have said classroom management and learning process, because as a educator our goal as a teacher is to give learning's to the student by having knowledge, values and wisdom. As a student teacher, I need to practice to myself on how to become respectful and responsible for myself and to the others and I believe that is my stepping stone to become good in managing a class. Aside from managing a class, my teaching learning process to my students should also be balanced with the classroom management, the most important for a teacher is to be expert into his or her specialization, so for me I need to become more disciplined and have more learning's as a student teacher to have a appropriate classroom management and have a teaching learning process. I conclude that every teachers must be good in classroom management and in teaching learning process to be able to give learning's for the students to have a competent mind and have a heart when they will become a professional someday.
I hope to see you practice what you have said.Teachers are the guide of students and being good in classroom management is vital in learning. But remember its not just about being a good classroom manager and being able to "give", we should also instill and let them (our students) apply those knowledge, values and wisdom that they have learned from us.
