Pre-school days yr. 2002-2005 

The school that I've studied when I was in pre-school was at Pepe and Pillar Christian School and in Preparatory was Emmanuel Christian School in Dapdap Bamban Tarlac. In my preschool days  was I'd always wantto play than to study my lessons, but when I was in that stage I was really good in spelling and reading especially when I've proceed to preparatory level, however the my most weakest was math and I was struggling when it comes to numbers and measures. Pre-school for me is great because I've learn a lot and it gives me a foundation to proceed to elementary level.

Elementary days yr. 2005-2011

I studied elementary at Pepe and Pillar Christian School in Dapdap Bamban Tarlac, from grade 1 to grade 2, and after I've finish my 2nd grade we migrate from Tarlac to Angeles City and my family decided me to take to school at Amen Mission Christian School at Villasol Subdivision Angeles City from grade 3 to grade 4 also in that time I've was the rank 1 in class, however the disadvantage of my schools since grade 1 to grade 4 are was not good in quality of education, the teachers are very lazy and they'd didn't do their task appropriately, and when my parents already known these teaching styles of my teachers of my both schools since grade 1 to grade 4 they've decide me to study at public school which was at Sta. Teresita Elementary School Angeles City from grade 5 to grade 6, and when I've migrate to public school I was not only a ordinary student because I've passed the Special Science Class Exam and all of my classmates were good in academics. The most sorrow when I was at the public school I was not good enough in academics because of the foundation of the private schools that I've studied, and my teachers in grade 5 was always gave me shame to their colleagues, but when I'd proceed to 6th grader I've totally develop and I'd know how to go along with my classmates in academic situations but somehow not the same with my achievements when I was at the private schools, but only an average student.

High School days yr. 2011-2015

I've studied high school at Angeles City National High School but my whole high school days was full of happiness, enjoyment, and more on playing basketball with my classmates and friends, dota at the internet shop, and I've tried to smoke with my classmates when I was in 2rd year high school but I'd never tried to take drugs. Even though I've try to do the vices in computer games, basketball and cigarette but I'd never sacrifice my studies to these vices because when I was in high school my goal is to finish my high school without a failing grade and as much as possible without line of 7. But for me, the year that I was very happy when I am at 3rd year high school because that was my 1st year of being an altar server of the Lord in every masses and in other liturgical services, and every masses in school I am always present and that was my very most exciting part because the first time that I've wore a sutana, not into the church but in school, and that was the time when my heart said to me to follow the footsteps of the  Lord through entering seminary and follow the will of God also, and in that time my plan after high school was to enter seminary for 10 years.

College days yr. 2015-present

My college days for me is the continuation of my high school, but rather I was little bit disappointed to my uncle a priest because he decided me first to enter college outside which is at Holy Angel University before entering seminary to become fully matured, but in that time I were not totally understand what my uncle said to me. My course when my first day here in Holy Angel University was BS Psychology because my parents advice this course for me because it is my foundation for entering seminary, but somehow I failed in that course so that the chairperson of the BS Psychology wanted me to change my school to pursue BS Psychology, or else they will force me to shift at the other department, but somehow I've decided to shift another course and to accept my failures that I have got in my first course. Later on, my friend in the course of education encourages me to shift values education and I am easily encourage because of it's foundation for entering seminary. From now on, I am already fourth year college student of values education and next year I hope that I will get this degree to have a work, pass the board exam, Masters Degree and also my future studies either seminary or continuing to Phd. if my mind will change.

Goals:

1) Having a Bachelor Degree in Religious and Values Education

2) Having a License for teaching

3) Masters Degree in religious education
4) Either entering seminary for continuing the desire of my heart to become a priest or pursuing Phd. if my mind wants to more focus in teaching.( Thy will be done Oh Lord -Matthew 6:10)

In the second day of my observation, Mrs. Maria Tess De Leon was in the class already and according on what I have sense to her, I feel that she is a effective teacher of christian living education classes and the students were very good in class  while listening on what my resource teacher discusses. The discussion of Mrs. De Leon was all about the book of life that students that could be pass on December 19, 2018 and they were able to write their personal lives in the portfolio and the only teacher that who could see their portfolio was my resource teacher. The instruction of my resource teacher was really well explained, and the materials that they could use in making a portfolio are clear book and short bond papers and also the format in using microsoft word in making a portfolio. The format of the first page of their portfolio that the title should use in any font size, font style and design, in the second page the introduction which tells something about the book, the contents, how it was written and done, different views in every chapter and also what could be the possible expectations and learning's from the book and also how it is related in the lessons, in the third part is the dedication for whom did the students wanted to dedicated or to share, fourth the Acknowledgements, and lastly the table of contents. The content of their task was related to the biblical passages and the life story of Jesus Christ for example in the chapter one of their portfolio was Jesus calls his people, then students were able to relate their personal lives into the life of the scriptural passages. I conclude that this task of my resource teacher to her students was very effective because it has a source of what Dr. Wong said into his seminar that teachers affects lives, and also I've saw to her on what Dr. Wong said again that a teacher has a positive expectations that students will become successful and that is the reason why my resource teacher gave this project to her grade nine students that they should be pass on December 19, 2018.

My first day in observation was very exciting because it is my very first time to observe CLE(Christian Living Education) class because my previous observation was at the public schools since field study 1 until field study 5 and the subject that I've encountered in the public schools is ESP class. The reason why I've chose to observe here in HAU(Holy Angel University), because I want to see the teaching strategies, the teaching learning process inside the classroom, how to approach the students in  teaching CLE subject, and I want to teach CLE here in HAU on my practice teaching next semester and after I will finish my Bachelor Degree in Religious and Values Education, also I want to have a 100% percent knowledge, wisdom and heart to know more about God before proceeding to ESP(Edukasyon Sa Pagpapakatao) or the Values Education subject. My very first day of observing CLE subject my resource teacher was not around named Mrs. Maria Tess De Leon, while my resource teacher is not around the substitute teacher in my observation was Ms. Zarah Mae Nabong the former Values ed. student here in HAU who've graduated last April 2018. The activity which was given by my resource teacher to the students was gave to Ms. Zarah to instruct the instructions and the activity in the class was Sunday Gospel Reflection and Slogan Making. The Sunday Gospel Reflection of the grade 09 students was role playing and their role playing was about the Gospel of Mark which Jesus feeds the 5000 people, while the second activity was slogan making, and the task of their slogan making was to draw a symbol which symbolizes the Holy Spirit. I conclude that my very first time in observation was good and I'm so very happy and very excited to observe my resource teacher into her teaching strategies in her class.

The Orientation

My Orientation at Holy Angel University

                           

My orientation at Holy Angel University has some different approach from my past cooperating schools, because the assistant principal of Sr. high school explained well the do's and don'ts on the actual observation. The orientation has a importance for us as a observers of the classrooms, because it gives an encouragement and eagerness to observe what the teachers do inside the classroom. The reason why I've used this photo of Orientation, because I believe that all of the education students are leaders, so that the observation is the training ground for us to become a better leaders of knowledge, wisdom and values to our future students.The assistant principal of the orientation approaches us like a professional teachers, and she encourages us to become responsible in observation hours and academic hours, also she invites us to apply in Holy Angel University as to become a Sr. high school teachers or Jr. high school teachers to become one of her colleagues. I conclude that the orientation was good enough and I've observe that the principal is very concern for us to become a good educators in the future.
