The teachers are the role model of the class, and teachers are the most visual aids of each of their classes. According to the seminar of the effective teacher(First day of school) by Dr. Harry Wong that the most important for me as a educator in the future are my classroom management and learning process for the students. Why I have said classroom management and learning process, because as a educator our goal as a teacher is to give learning's to the student by having knowledge, values and wisdom. As a student teacher, I need to practice to myself on how to become respectful and responsible for myself and to the others and I believe that is my stepping stone to become good in managing a class. Aside from managing a class, my teaching learning process to my students should also be balanced with the classroom management, the most important for a teacher is to be expert into his or her specialization, so for me I need to become more disciplined and have more learning's as a student teacher to have a appropriate classroom management and have a teaching learning process. I conclude that every teachers must be good in classroom management and in teaching learning process to be able to give learning's for the students to have a competent mind and have a heart when they will become a professional someday.

In the first chapter of his book, Dr. Harry Wong was able to introduce the negative side and positive sides of every teachers in the first year of their teaching. He also added the four stages of teaching which may help and guide the teachers into their field. The four stages of teaching are:

1) Fantasy-  it is the stage for a teachers who are in the first two years of their teaching which took's all about on how the teacher imagining and questioning to himself or herself that what shall I do?, what should I teach in the classroom?, what could be the best visual aids should I post in the first day of my class until in the last day that students may adapt my discussions?.

2) Survival- At this stage teachers are already develop the proper arrangement of every lesson in every session of their class in every week. This stage is the most struggle of the teachers, mostly happens that I have observe every midterms in class in all levels that teachers thinks that, did they teach appropriately and did the students are already known the lesson that they have taught in class.

3) Mastery- in this stage teachers are already develop on their field as a educators of different kinds of specialization, at this part teachers are able to study to be more productive and more progressive in to their field as a educators and facilitators of a learner.

4) Impact- at this stage teachers are fully fruitful and they are very confident on what they will teach in the class. Teachers are already expert into their field so that at this part they already know how to balance their teaching strategies in class so that every learners may know the particular lessons that they teach.

In my present time as a pre-service teacher, the seminar of Dr. Harry Wong is so relevant for us as a pre-service teachers, because we can adapt his talk into his seminar especially the four stages of teaching that we pre-service teachers should follow his stages according to our hierarchy when we undergo into the teaching field after finishing our bachelor degree as a Secondary Education Teachers, Elementary Education Teachers and Special Education Teacher. 

In my professional growth as a future values educator the most affects my heart according to his talk in the seminar that the effective teacher affects lives. Me, a future religious and values educator in the future, I didn't only teach my students on how they memorize and understand what my lessons took about, but the most significant in my profession is on how I will make better my students become more good, diligent and persevere into their lives. But, before I will affect lives of my students in the future I should know first on how to develop myself before I will teach and facilitate them on how can I affect their lives to be good.

In my personal growth, me to myself, my professors, classmates in my first course which is psychology and my present degree as a teacher education student really knew me on how I became immature in my ways and acts,but according to the seminar of Dr. Harry Wong, it gives me inspiration on how to become a better teacher someday and to be more focus on what the supreme being given to me this vocation of teaching.

I will intend my knowledge and skills now in present by making me better in my academic performances, by improving my lesson plans and on how I will report and talk in front of the class, because it is the foundation of my field someday. Also I've learn how to become a professional teacher in class according to Dr. Wong, that teachers must good classroom manager, design lessons to reach mastery and has a positive expectations that students will become successful. Me as a teacher future teacher of faith and values to my future students, I should adapt this three task for a teacher so that I should teach and facilitate students properly, as I have said in my professional growth, I should aid first myself before I will aid anyone not only my students but also my neighbors and friends to become more inspiration to my brothers and sisters.

The Seminar of Dr. Harry Wong is very relevant to those teachers who are not really do their task into their field as a teachers, because Dr. Wong's seminar will awaken our minds as teachers to become more focus and to be more in love to our profession as teachers to be someday.
